Cecilia Goodwin – Solicitor Advocate

Cecilia is a solicitor advocate with extensive experience in representing individuals charged with serious crime and complex fraud.

She has built up a niche area of practice, in which she advises and represents individuals within the music industry who face censorship by the Government in relation to their music. This area requires delicate and timely negotiations between the police, probation, artists and all stakeholders within the music industry.

Having qualified in 2008 she has established a strong client base of individuals from all walks of life due to her personable approach, dedication and tenacity.

She appeared alongside one of her clients in the BBC, Bafta winning documentary, Defending Digga D. The film provided a snap shot of the use of court orders to control artistic output.
